Since 2013, I’ve worked for various BPO companies with different tasks. I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative/ Email Support Representative and a Technical Support Representative doing bill explanation, answer product inquiries, basic troubleshooting, technician dispatch, Email response and payment processing. I was also doing support for new classes and for my team mates. Details of my job description that shaped my skills are outlined below:
Provide excellent customer service
Perform tasks related to answering customer
inquiries received through calls, and emails.
Conduct Huddles and Meetings whenever Team
Leader is not around.
Provide additional support to new members of the team and act as an OIC if Supervisor is not around.
Creates documentation of calls handled within shift.
During those years, I was able to develop my customer support, sales and management skills. I was able to learn new things and new processes which in the latter shared to my new team mates. With the skills I have cultivated for the past years, I believe that it can be tapped and contribute to your philosophy of service to your clients.
For me, life is a continuous learning process. Hence, if my background would not be of much help to you, I welcome tasks as part of my learning. New experiences that I will encounter in a new different job would add up in my "skills vault" and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.
