I took up Bachelor of Arts in Communication Research and started working as a Customer Service Representative right before graduating. I've assisted customers via phone for a year and got moved to chat for 4 years. From then, I have mastered my written communication skills and proofreading each and every responses. At the same time, I handled a team and sent admin tasks such as daily performance reports to clients from the Multitasking has been part of my everyday job. I was also able to take two short-courses during my stay at work.
