To give you a brief overview of my skill set – I have been working with a BPO company in Cebu for 4 years and have contributed various roles from Sales and Marketing to Administrative tasks.
During the first year in my previous company, I was a reservation analyst where my main responsibility is to attend inquiries from different countries through email and different vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway, Expedia, Agoda, and TripAdvisor in a timely manner. I received several awards as a top seller of the month within that year and became one of the Experts/ Sales Operation Team Developer and until I reached the Supervisor level.
I am very keen to take new responsibilities with bigger operations and high challenges. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to new situations. Furthermore, I am excited to share my knowledge with your company hoping that I will be able to contribute to its success.
