I am a former Lead Trainer / Team Manager [yet still very much coachable as I've always been about transparency and open communication] who has managed Both Sales and Customer Service Line Of Businesses (Both Voice and Non-Voice) for very well known Brands in both the USA and Canada. But unfortunately, because of my accident 5 years ago, I had no choice but to switch to Home Based work.

In the past 4 years that i've been working from home, I've handled accounts such as that for Ron LeGrand, and have also worked with Keller Williams

  • Extensive Familiarity with both MOJO and PODIO platforms

  • Usage of Skype, Google Hangouts, Vumber, CallRail; getting basic details for proper evaluation but not limited to - making investment offers to sellers (for both property and vacant lands) and/or setting them up for a listing specialist appointment and/or getting buyer's into prospecting for Credit Repair

  • Email and Calendar maintenance for confirmed appointments and End Of Day / End Of Week and End Of Month reports

  • Nurture Marketing: potential prospects are called through according scheduled dates until lead is prepared for appointment- Update information and appropriate notation on CRM- SMS Follow Up when encountering non-connected calls

As for compensation, based on my expertise and experience and most importantly; work ethic, I charge a minimum of $7.00 an hour (paid weekly for the first month) transfer fee covered by client - deposited directly to my BDO Account via TransferWise (i don't do paypal on credit or debit card since the receiver gets charged a $3.20 fee charge for every $100)

It may be above the typical rate most employers offer nor what most individuals accept, but do keep in mind this is solely based on my level of work; which is neither novice nor intermediate at all and besides, let's be honest here.. don't expect quality work (and work ethics) from individuals who know their worth but accept the typical $3-4 hour wage as most may just either be using you for the time being until they get a better paying job or they're just plain inexperienced nor have the expertise and just offer an entry to mid level performance.

At the end of it all, you get what you give. :) I'm not looking for just a job, but a definite career!
