I have worked in the call center / BPO industry for 11 years, catering Australian and US clients for various accounts. I have worked for TeleTech Holdings Inc. for Telstra client, an Australian based Telecommunications Company where we process customer's billing concerns regarding single billing their assets per account statements or un-link a certain asset from a single billed account. While working for them, I was also assigned to handle customer's fixed line and mobile services, wherein I was assisting customers with their phone line applications and related concerns. I also remediate customer's orders that went into error and push it to completion.
And on 2015, I left Cisco after 3 years as an Inbound Technical Support Representative, wherein we helped our Cisco Engineers to isolate issues and generate support tickets for their support contract holders. We also manage queues for priority customers to our regular customers.
I am currently a healthcare advocate for an insurance company that caters retirees and disabled US citizens. Part of my job is to quote benefits and assists them with scheduling doctor's appointment or hospital visits, look for in network partners, assists them with their claims and reimbursements.
