I can work under little or no supervision. I can manage my time and resources to get the job well done. I am computer savvy since great knowledge with it is a major requirement in the call center industry I worked with. I am a team player. I am determined to focus on what needs to be done in order for the team, particularly me, not only the goal, but go beyond in order to achieve the number 1 rank in every race/competition. I can say that I have the patience that every job requires an employee to have. I believe I have the determination and focus on targets that will contribute to the success of a company. In my previous role as customer service representative, I assisted customers with their bills and other account related concerns. And as for my technical support role, i assisted customers w/ their faulty internet and landline services handling a small family business required me to do supervisory works, inventories, accountings and other customer-related concerns. My responsibilities included meeting with suppliers, clients and customers. As a manager of the small business, I strived to provide on time supplies, good communication, and faulty-free products, while maintaining a good relationship with both clients and suppliers.
