My name is Ma. Theresa Socorro B. Ramirez, or you may address me as "Chalu". I am currently a stay at home adult since I just resigned last September 2019 to an Automotive Company named Hyundai Dumaguete Negros, as an Insurance Coordinator. Though I am not just an Insurance Coordinator, but I do multiple jobs in the company as a Service Admin, a Warranty processor then lastly as an Insurance Coordinator, and I even handle Customer Service and Social Media Management as well. I was employed to the company for over 3 years and 9 months. And with this, the company helped me to enhance my skills on how to handle with clients, finding other solutions when there are critical situations, multi-tasking, paper works, work monitoring, email management, admin support, appointment monitoring and most especially to have a positive outlook in every hardships I may encounter.

I am very driven to learn more to succeed. And I am reliable, kind, trustworthy person.
