I experienced working as an Admin Assistant and as a Customer Service Representative. With that, I acquired a lot of admin skills that includes email management, data entry, bookkeeping, customer service, vendor acquisition, web content administrator, report writing and record keeping.
In my previous role, I am the front liner of the Management team that managed both commercial and residential facilities in Singapore. I handled tons of emails every day that contains inquiries, requests, notifications and complains. I am also the in-charge of building revenue collection and bookkeeping, as a result, I developed an excellent skill in data entry (in Excel). I can easily adjust to given roles and can execute things promptly. As a Social Worker by profession, I have very strong communication, counseling and interpersonal skills.
