I started my Customer Service Representative career with TaskUs as Back Office support that review, approved/declined submissions from Uber Driver applicants.
After almost a year, I transferred to Startek Philippines. At first, I was a General Care Chat Representative that handles individual accounts via one chat at a time. Then I was trained to do inbound calls. Due to business needs, I was trained for Messaging Team that mainly interacts to same account but via multiple chats at a time.
Then after a years, I was transferred to T-Mobile for Business where I was trained to be a support. I was awarded as one of the top performers several time and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert.
Now, I am working in Diversify ISS as a Customer Care Consultant.
