My previous job was a Customer Service representative for a Financial Institution. I've been a Fraud Analyst for 4 years. I've been handling complaints and problems with their debit cards and credit cards and it was really a challenging experience. My previous job includes helping customers with their complaints and questions regarding their accounts and giving them information about products and services that the company offers. I also have an experience as an Appointment Setter for 6 months. I also have an experience as a Customer Support at Optum Global Solutions.
