I'm working as a customer support to an E-Commerce Businessman. My main role is to manage emails and reply to customer emails about random queries about the product. I am familiar with navigating Shopify and Gorgiasfor communicating to customers.
I've also worked as a general virtual assistant to help my client in doing her admin tasks so she could focus on her business. I have experienced in using several VA tools like Trello, Hubstaff, Google Drive, Dropbox, and LastPass. I am also familiar with using some of the marketing tools available for online businesses like ManyChat, ActiveCampaign, and Social Bee. I have tried creating graphics used by my client using Canva and PicMonkey. Social Media Managing was also one of my tasks hence familiarity with managing IG, FB, Twitter, Youtube and Wordpress is one of my skills.
I am also working as a Team Leader in one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines. I've been working for over 6 years now which gives me the experience in using different kinds of office tools like Microsoft Office, iWorks and Google Docs.
