I started my career working as a customer care representative for almost 10 years. I have handled telecommunications account to premiere financial accounts in the US. About a year ago, I’ve decided to start working at home so I can avoid heavy traffic in the metro, manage my finances well since I don’t have to pay rents anymore, and of course, spend more time with my family. It wasn’t easy to begin with, but it was all worth it! It’s not a job for everyone, but anyone who is willing to learn and open to new challenges can follow the same path. And so far everything is working quite well, I was able to gain clients as a cold caller and it was enough to support the needs of my family. Now I wanted to level up my career and acquire more clients. I started training for Social Media Marketing and Advertising because I saw a lot of opportunities in this field. I’m very independent and trainable person. I always make sure that every task assigned to me are completed within the given time frame with minimal or no errors at all. I always go the extra mile which makes me reliable in all the tasks given to me. Even though I’m still new to this field, I know I have the skills and knowledge to deliver success for my future clients.
