    Human Resources Personnel:

 Attracting suitable candidates through job boards, remote professional’s platforms, social media, etc.  Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.  Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.  Consistently recruiting for excellent staff, anticipate future hiring needs and maintain a consistent pipeline of profiles in demand.  Maintaining a smooth onboarding process, training, counseling and coaching of our staff.  Research, create and update skills test task for every position for a smoother recruitment process.  Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.  Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.  Handling disciplinary investigations and contract termination procedures.  Regular coordination with the Legal Retainer for any concerns that may arise.  Acts as the company representative for Labor Relations related meetings at the Department of Labor and Employment and National Labor Relations.  Commissioned as the company representative to process and apply for renewal of the Company's Business permit.  Liaise with other Government Institutions: Social Security System, Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth and Bureau of Internal Revenue.  Carrying out necessary administrative duties, conducting performance and wage reviews including the creation of the necessary documentation.  Creating clear and concise staff, process and client reports.  Act as a speaker during regular team meetings.  Deals with Insurance Providers from enrollment to claims processing.  Giving helpful and engaging presentations and explanations of internal processes and best practices.  Design user-friendly processes, workflows, guidelines, and documentation.  Team payroll and weekly/monthly hours check.  Maintaining the Human Resources System by keeping all records updated and accurate encoding of the payroll details.  Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a great company to work for.

Staff Nurse:

 Provide direct care to patients, including administering medication or treatments.  Change the dressing on a wound, apply topical treatments, or administer medication via intravenous methods or direct injection.  Follow up with patients to determine whether courses of treatment are effective and assess patients during follow-up appointments.  Take note of changes in a patient’s overall health, recovery progression, and reactions to treatment, updating patient records to reflect new information.  Report any problems or potential issues that they observe directly to doctors.  Conduct preliminary tests such as blood pressure and respiratory checks.  Ensure that facilities are clean and prevent the spread of disease by sanitizing and maintaining equipment.  Follow proper disposal procedures for potentially hazardous materials including needles and tubing and clean equipment that is used by multiple patients within the facility.  Interact with patients throughout the day and often liaise between patients, doctors, and patient representatives like family members.  Respond to changing patient circumstances by rapidly assessing situations and making critical decisions about patient care.  Listen to patient complaints, observe changes in their health, and provide treatment information to other care providers.  Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required.  Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.  Keeping an eye on each and every aspect of patient care that includes physical activity plus proper diet.

Quality Analyst/ Call Monitoring Specialist:

 Works with the team to design evaluation programs that analyze the critical performance behaviors of employees and monitor the metrics defined for success.  Keep a track of industry trends which can impact their products and services.  Monitors the internal progress with reference to industry standards to gauge where they fall in terms of productivity and customer satisfaction.  Effective call monitoring, to be able to discern the tactics employed by an agent, the response of the customer to those tactics, the flow of conversation, the mindset of the customer and the approaches taken to fit that mindset, effectiveness of solutions presented, agent performance in terms of convincing the customer to buy or providing answers to their queries, the perception of a product or service by each individual customer, etc.  Submits daily accurate data reports which are essential to gauge true performance and subsequently improve functions for the company.  Effective coaching to ensure that the strengths and areas of improvement of an employed agent is highlighted and corrected.

  Client Care Specialist

 Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, based on the information and process provided by the Client.  Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
