I am a hardworking type of person and always willing to be trained for I love to learn new things. I like challenging jobs so I can make use of my knowledge from previous experiences. I have been in the Business Outsourcing Industry for almost 8 years. I started as a Technical Service Representative and I handled Billing, Sales and Customer Service position since 2012. I was a cluster support for more than a year, which I handled Service Level, Supervisory Calls and Account related inquiries for resolution. I was part of a company which caters telecommunication, cable, phone, internet and financial accounts based in the US and United Kingdom for the most part of my career. I can communicate in English both oral and written. I have experience in handling communication through Voice, Chat and Email. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office related jobs. I can work under pressure with less supervision and always take opportunities if presented. Willing to work full time and can start anytime.
