Technical Support Skills: • Handles Onboarding Package Requests. Create scripts for deletion/creation/moving of Active Directory of new hire/re-hire to the respective areas. Handles manual restart on new hire package item due to automation failure, including Active Directory, Basic Entitlement, SSOPassword, Idrives, Mailbox Polling, and Welcome Emails. • Handles Profile Migration Requests. Check request details and assigning of task to proper support. Coordinate with support during the migration process and monitoring the request until completed. • Creates mailbox for new hire and handle mailbox migrations. • Handles Blackberry and GOOD work removal and deployment. • Handles Software Removal and Deployment. • Answer user inquiries via Email, Office Communicator, and Avaya Phone. • Assists users on software issues through Remote Desktop, Office Communicator, and VNC tool.
