As a civil engineer and self employed, I usually accept Cost estimation of different building projects, prepare plans and design, supervise and manage project from residential, commercial and industrial building. Do design and preparation of building and roads plans. Prepare bidding documents and progress billing. Do site visit to validate the works especially structural before proceeding to next activity. Do repair and troubleshooting of all aspect of the building for on going projects and existing structure. Provide Technical assistance to the owner/client for their proposed building projects. Interpret plans, designs and Specifications , etc
