I am a freelancer, I do full time real estate brokerage when I have opportunity to do and assist clients finding their dream home. I am also a college professor from 2 schools in Cagayan de Oro City.
I love doing what keeps me going in life.. that is to help people run life easy. Like my real estate brokerage, instead of those clients will be stressed out finding homes, I do it for them, they just have to simply look at my proposal, choose and go to site and show them the house, and assist them with their purchase, then the work is done. I means so much to me extending my service to a lot of people especially those who are in need of my service.
Aside from earning, I want to put more value on every single thing that I am doing, more than monetary value. Yes, it is hypocrite if I'll not consider monetary, since we all need money, but, to the contrary, being able to help gives us more happiness, and being happy by helping other, helps us to do more (without force) the best that we can, from there, all things will be easy and may lead us not entertaining the word "work" instead "fulfillment" and "happiness." Sounds, noble, but consider me as one of the few.
I have worked before (for 5 years), it was not an easy job, I have with me all departments under, from maintenance to engineering and other supervisors, never easy, all the patience and all the tiny details of the operation, you have to know, their problem is your problem, you have to solve it from small to big. But, I am still thankful that I am eager to surpass the 5-years work challenge. I was able to learn a lot, that, I think now I know I can and be able to pursue another challenge, to have my own time with all the stuffs that I want to do.
