I am currently working as Customer Representative with Kogan Australia which deals with customers query through phone and email saying they need help with something and the website.
Answering and emailing the customers that comment on seller feedback which come in with any customer complaints and help them fix the issue with excellent customer service.
Handle any negative feedback that comes in by reaching out to the customer and commenting on their negative feedback.
I have also worked as a Customer Representative with Dish network and was part of the retention team. We usually handled more challenging calls as we were dealing with cancellation of services and I can say I am excellent in dealing with those customers.
