I have been working in a BPO industry for the past 7 years. I started as a customer service representative in a Telecommunications account where I deal with customers both via phone, email, and live chat. I was then promoted as Customer retention expert wherein my goal was to keep as many customers as possible and increase their loyalty. My experience polished my communication skills.
