I started working in 2015 as a human resources staff. I've been doing clerical works and on-field tasks such as submission of government paperwork and etc. The year 2016, I decided to shift in different work industries and started working as a call center agent. Up until now, I've been working on the same field which handles international accounts. I'm taking inbound and outbound calls and do emails if needed. In work relations, I can easily adjust and learn new things. I am very dedicated and very passionate in everything that I do. Now I'm currently looking for a full-time job.
