As a property manager, I handle the following:
A) Manage all aspects of multiple Condominium Associations and Rental properties as a Property Manager B) Communicate effectively between contractors and unit owners for property maintenance repair and scheduling C) Reaching out to needed contractors for appointments, service calls, and other concerns with the issues ongoing at the property D) Customer Service support by handling phone calls, emails, voicemails, delinquency notices, inquiries of association unit owners and tenants E) Manage all work orders, tasks, database, lease renewals, communications, reports, and other tasks as a property manager in Buildium F) Record deposits and other financial transactions, manage and reconcile accounts, compare multiple bank account transactions, and generate reports of unit owners and tenants' accounts for an organized accounting and financial records encoded in the system G) Compiles invoices and expedite the timely payment to vendors or contractors H) Facilitates condominium projects and communicates with the association board members for the planning, implementation, and execution of the desired projects I) Ensures that all properties are always managed effectively, and the requisite certifications and insurances are up to date J) Accomplishes other administrative tasks and documentation concerning the properties under management
I am in charge of the client's lead generation, market research, spreadsheets creation, email management, maintains the social media presence. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
I am in charge of editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. I create content for social media pages and help in the advertising and preference of the client to deliver visual product through photos and videos. The Adobe Creative Suite, Sony Vegas Pro, among others are the programs I use to deliver results.
I am proficient in using programs such as, but not limited to: Asana, Clickup, Slack, GSuite, MailChimp, SquareSpace, Hangouts, RingCentral, Opera, Microsoft 365, Zoom, among others.
