My name is Geraldine Miñao. I am from Malaybalay City Bukidnon, Philippines. I was reading the job post and is very interested to apply for it. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management.
My first job was as a billing and payout processor. I resigned then decided to apply in the BPO industry and was first hired as a customer service representative with Qualfon Philippines. I was also working with a Healthcare account and that was with the United Health Group. The last company I'm in to was The Results Companies and I was working with Sprint. I was working in the BPO companies for almost 3 years.
It was 2015 when I decided to work from home. I am working for almost 5 years already with 3 different drop shipping companies since I started working from home. My first work from home job is with Amazon drop shipping company. With the previous company that I worked for, I answered emails through the Amazon platform. I also called different vendors like Walmart, Samsclub, Overstock, and Costco. Aside from that, I also called different carriers to set up delivery of an order. I also know how to process orders. I am familiar with Freshdesk, microsoft office,Seller Central, Slack and trello as well. The same as second and third work from home job, I was also a customer service representative.
