I took Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management. I worked as a part-time barista at Starbucks while finishing my studies. In there I had my skill in multi-tasking and proper time management. After college, I worked in a BPO company as an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Associate, wherein I was able to practice my course. I did email management, database handling, safekeeping of documents and employee's profiles, administrative tasks, direct reporting to business leaders, data gathering and presentation, employee support, and all other HR related processes.
