Summary

My recent job was a bank teller for more than two years. I am well trained in terms of good customer service and how to handle customer complaints. I am used in working under pressure and meeting the deadlines set by my supervisors. My job also include answering phone calls and email support to our clients. Working in a fast phase is always required to us for our clients to avoid any delay. I am also responsible for handling customer financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals and money transfers. As of now, I am working as a payroll clerk. My job includes from collecting and summarizing timekeeping information to issuing payslips to employees. I love exploring and learning new things that are beyond my comfort zone and as of the moment, my current interests includes Forex trading and stock market.
