I used to work in BPO for 5 years, specializing in Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales. I had worked for Microsoft as a Customer Service Representative for Accounts and Billing and Technical Support for Windows 10 and XBOX. Also worked as Printer Technical support for Epson America Inc. And currently, I am working on a US Based Telco which is MetroPCS as a Customer service representative. I have strong computer ability and analytical skills based on my experience in using it for more than 5 Years.
