I have an extensive background in the BPO industry. I've worked for accounts like eBay, Symantec and Prudential Annuities. Having worked in this field for a few years helped hone my customer service, typing and communication skills. I have come to understand that a proper resolution is possible only when you put yourself on the customer's shoes.. This can be conveyed well if you have excellent communication skills, something I have acquired through the years I spent talking to English-speaking clients.
I am organized and quite meticulous. I like to see things in order and make sure things are done perfectly based on my standards. I can work with minimum supervision and I am also passionate about my work.
