I had 7 years of experience with my 2 previous jobs at Dubai UAE. I started my career last 2006 as a Team Member at Emirates Flight Catering – Foodpoint Dubai. I was promoted after 2 years as Operation Assistant where I performed month-end close procedure, I organize and maintain inventory and storage area, I ensure the shipments and inventory transactions accuracy, I record the quantities of stocks dispensed on the daily stock flow sheet and stock disbursement and return form, I need to receives and inspects all incoming materials with purchase orders; I need to maintain the warehouse, records, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner, I need to ensure the cleanliness of display cases, shelves, and aisles, also the stocks are in good condition, every pickup and delivery must be on time. In that role, a major accomplishment I’m most proud of was that I consider myself dependable for 6 years. In those 6 years, I received an Employee of the month last August 2009.
My 2nd job was as a Follow-up clerk at Media Hub International Dubai which was 2014. I manage telephone calls, handling office task, generates reports such as invoices and arrange documentation for billing services, I do follow up all the accounts receivable from clients and suppliers, I make travel arrangement to my boss, I am promoting design via sending emails to all the clients.
