I have been in the online industry for two years now with mere experience of being a general virtual assistant. With my previous clients, I did administrative tasks, social media management and optimization, from its content planning and scheduling, social media campaign (paid and organic), customer service, appointment setting, online research, SEO, lead generation, client prospecting through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and cold emails) and website creation and optimization. I was also a government researcher for five years so I am very familiar with traditional and online research and development including writing, presentation and copywriting. I’ve enrolled in a freelancing and general virtual assistance course and training (July 1-15,2020) which generally covers the topics for social media management and marketing, website creation, optimization and management, online writing and marketing, Facebook ads, YouTube optimization, email marketing, lead generation and SEO. I know that I have to improve and update myself since the online industry is in continual advancement. Talking about tools and software, I am familiar with MS Office for administrative tasks, G-suite to access business information and email campaign, HubSpot for email marketing, Canva for graphic designs, Hoot suite, Facebook Scheduler and Creator Studio for calendar posting in social media, Slack and Asana for project management, Hub staff and Trello for time tracking tasks, SEO Quake, etc. In addition to this, I want to give you a whiff of my personality when it comes to work commitment. I am very engrossed in everything I do because I am the kind of person who believes that every second really matters. I make sure that I accomplish things efficiently with an implicit and productive mind because I know and love what I do. I have room for slips, but I make sure that in the end, I'm refined.
