I started off my career on April 2017 as an Operations Specialist in one of the biggest banks where I handled of consumer loan transactions and delivery of new loan applications, releases, payments and after-sales services; updating of digitized records using Excel and accounting systems and Collaborate regularly with Relationship Managers and Account Assistants to resolve conflicts and issues.
After a year, I applied as a remote Administrative Support Specialist (with a Customer Service background) in a Multinational Financial Services Company where I handled various projects and served clients from the US, Canada, and Singapore. I also honed my skills in customer service thru phone and email support and admin tasks such as processing financial data transactions, updated spreadsheets and databases to track and report, and trained 2 new staff in our team.
I resigned last July 2020 to pursue my passion as an Amazon Virtual Assistant. I had been in an 8-week Amazon Virtual Assistant Elite Masterclass with by Lish Aquino, an 8-Figure Filipino Amazon Seller who sells in the US Marketplace. I gained an understanding of the significant criteria in finding a unique product through Manual Research and paid tools like Helium 10 and Unicorn Smasher with keyword and competitor analysis, Supplier Sourcing and negotiation, and Product Listing.
