I've been in the line of Telemarketing and sales industry since year 2015. I used to work as a Telemarketing associate for 2years in the banking industry, and was promoted as Telemarketing manager for the next 2years.
I specialize both on prospecting of new accounts for the bank where I used to work, and calling their existing clients to offer an upgrade in their credit cards. I can handle 50 to 70 calls in a day, aside from doing the deliverables of a Telemarketing Team Leader. Whereas, I do the interpretation, presentation and reporting of the overall sales in a day, in a month and the upto-date or year-end report covering the entire year.
I have handled the leads and software management of the entire Telemarketing department, managing 30 Telesales agents doing three different jobs : - The first 10 agents doing the credit card activation of the bank and promotion of existing marketing campaigns; - The next team of 10 agents handling credit card sales; - And, the other team of 10 agents doing the credit card upgrades.
I am known for being keen to details, result-oriented, patient as a leader should be, trustworthy both on professional and personal means, and sympathetic that's why I can work with different types of people. I can speak in English fluently, both in written and verbal, given that I am a seasoned Telemarketing agent already catering from mass affluent to well-off type of clients. I am good in taking notes, communicating effectively, and doing presentations.
Also, I have a professional experience working in a business-to-business and business-to-customer set up before I was formally transferred in the Telemarketing department wayback May 2015. Given this, you won't have problems with me communicating either directly to your customer and partners. I am computer proficient, knowledgeable in any Microsoft application, multitasking and can do emails and call at the same time, punctual and no problem when it comes to attendance. I can also do secretariat or administrative works.
