I have worked as a Customer Support Specialist for over 11 years in the BPO industry, plus a few more years online. I had been trained to service customers over the phone, or through chat or email. Currently, I have an affinity for Customer Service, Email Support, Help Desk/Ticket Support, Live Chat Support, Transcription and Translation (English - Filipino - Cebuano) and Voice Support.
Online experience of over 3 years: -Handling chat requests; -Handling email requests and tickets via various ticketing systems; -Handling customer accounts (Billing, Refunds, Cancellation. etc..); -Handling inbound and outbound calls.
I have dealt with difficult scenarios and customers, and always provided options for a win-win situation. I have mastered the art of delightful interaction and complete customer care satisfaction.
I am not perfect but with my strong educational background I would only require minimum training. I am goal-driven and can work well in a team as well as independently.
