I have been working for almost 2 years in online customer service and as a virtual assistant. In my past jobs, I was able to work with great passion and dedication. My duties were usually to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research concerns, provide timely solutions, and process their orders. Also, I was responsible for answering customer support questions via e-mail or online chats. If given extra tasks, I handle and monitor the shops' social media accounts. I am used to working with software such as Zendesk, G Suit, and emailing applications like Zoho Mail. I have been exposed to Shopify and AliExpress websites which are accompanied by Dropfied and Oberlo dropshipping applications.
For the past two years, I could say that my knowledge have developed. I learned alot and I would love to share and contribute my customer service skills and be able to also improve and learn from it more in any possible way.
