I've been a customer service representative for more than 5 years now. I have handled ecommerce accounts such as eBay and Amazon ( order taking and processing, shipping and tracking, payments, credits and refunds , product inquiries ), healthcare ( consumer and provider ) banking ( credit cards application, payments, account management ). I'm good in call handling, email and chat support. I have had trainings through my previous companies that would help me do the job given t o me efficiently. I am very hard working and flexible too.
