My first long term role was a publishing consultant by one of the pioneer of self publishing industry. A telemarketing job where I had to call non-stop at least 200 dead leads per day, face rejections and render overtime just to hit the monthly quota. I was lucky to be promoted to a higher tier after 6 months. A year afterwards, I took the role as sales coach for new hires while hard selling to clients at the same time. This was my last role before I resigned in 2013 and transfer to an Australian owned company as Business Development manager to offer and close deals for CRM programming and Web Development with local clients. This role helped me grow and opened the opportunity to be hired as Sales and Product Development Manager with German owned start-up company that actually still operates to date. I single handedly completed a business plan for a new marketing product, explainer video. I set up a team for all the department from sales to production and had it run until I resigned in 2014.
I then joined Accenture Philippines as a Senior Transaction Analyst where I managed 46 Full time employees from 3 different Sites (Cebu PH, Manila PH and Chennai India). Our project supported the largest health account on their back office insurance coding and adjudication that involves a constant process development and system automation. My back office experience brought me to a new project in 2016, where I had to project manage a team of engineers to launch multiple projects from multiple client on their time-and-labor and accruals human resource system. after a year, I then moved to a new voice account which is a customer/technical support team of the flagship phone product of the largest search engine in the world. I managed the daily operations of a cluster, composed of 9 Team Leaders and 160 full time employees. I stayed on this role from 2017-2019.
I resigned from my busy work to help my wife establish her new small business which is already up and running until today, despite the pandemic. Now, I am available to take on a new role to earn and make a significant contribution to businesses with a positive and impactful advocacy.
