I have three years experience in content, news, and other forms of writing, editing, and proofreading in an online work setting. My previous writing and editing experiences enabled me to grow and improve my English writing skills in AP Style of Writing, complex researching, social media management and marketing, and WordPress skills. I was able to perform some admin duties, such as creating and organizing reports in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and Google Suite and organizing calendars.
Before landing in home-based jobs, I was a call center agent in an office-based setting. I was assigned in many fields -- Customer Service, Sales, Back Office, Business to Customer Outbound Calling, and Business to Business Outbound Calling. This experience did not just enhance my English communication skills and phone handling skills, but also developed my flexibility and quick learning skills, allowing me to adapt easily to changes.
