I worked as Customer Service Agent in a BPO company for 8 years. I initially worked as a Customer Support for a US based account for 2 years, answering inbound and escalation calls. I also became an Email Support for a UK Telco account for a year wherein I was tasked to answer client's issue and query through email and make outbound calls if necessary. In 2011, I was transferred to another UK based account as a Customer Support and eventually asked to handle escalation calls and account with complex issue. I was trained to as much as possible do first call resolution and to always empathize with customers. I can work under pressure and can easily adapt to a fast paced environment. Prior to working in a call center, I was an elementary teacher for 2 years.
