Hi this is Thea Clarise Evangelista, an experienced Customer Service, Product Lister, Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager here in the Philippines.

My special skills are being passionate to my work. I have a very fast learning ability that can work under pressure and I'm always up to a new challenge.

I began my career as a Customer Service Representative in SPi Global a BPO company here in Ortigas, Philippines. It was a seasonal job offer for 3 months since it's a peak season and they need lots of agent. I was assigned in selling flowers, chocolate and teddy bear add ons. I answer phone calls of customers when there is a problem with the flowers or the florist and all I have to do is compensate with the customer and make a solution. Sometimes my team leader put me in the sales team. I answer phone calls doing sales while customers asking for flower suggestions.

I do have experience in Product Listing. I was an Office Admin here in one of our hardware stores in our city selling power tools. I was in charge of our online shop so I list products online like Shopee, Lazada and Facebook. I'm familiar with all of the listing tools but I always use DSM Tool and Mercari because it was easy for me. But I am willing to be trained in other tools for me to learn more since I adapt very quick.

I was once an owner of an Online Shop in Facebook and Instagram. The name of my shop is Jimin's Collections. I sell makeup and korean skin care products and I post it on Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada. I'm always online because I love surfing the internet so I'm pretty sure that I'll finish my tasks on time.

I was also a Social Media Manager managing a clothing line named 90's Gallery Clothing Co. We sell 90's type of clothing and I'm in charge of promoting the page, doing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. I'm also in charge of answering customers inquiries, processing of orders, tracking of orders in one of our couriers.

And lastly I also have an experience in POD project doing mug and t-shirt designs in a Thailand Company to be posted on Amazon.

I know that there are so many job seekers out there who's more experienced, but I'm a person who possess a combination of skills and experience that make me stand out from the crowd. My Mom once said to me "Work is not about money, it's about self worth."
