I am a Registered Psychometrician and a People Operations Specialist who loves fixing and organizing stuff (and even loves it more when I do it for others). I have a strong background in HR functions such as sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and event planning. I also performed other admin functions like taking minutes of the meeting, keeping track of the monthly budget and expenses as well as employees' attendance, and submitting monthly and quarterly operational reports. I have worked for a growing e-commerce company where I was tasked to make and develop recruitment and administrative processes and guidelines, review applications and conduct interviews, and manage employer branding on Facebook and LinkedIn. As the company's first and only member of the human resources department, I constantly researched better and more effective ways to manage and take care of the team holistically. I'd like to believe I'm a ninja in time management and I love organizing stuff - from my Spotify playlists to my Google drive files, up to my emails and tasks. I pay attention to the smallest details and I work best when guided but given the autonomy to do my thing. I'm familiar with different platforms such as Google Drive, Basecamp, Dropbox, Hubstaff, and Slack. I take pride in being a fast learner and I'm very open to developing and learning new skills.
