I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at Philippine Normal University. I have been a customer service representative in both phone and E-mail for: Walmart, Amerimark, Dr. Leonard's, 1-800 Flowers and COMCAST. I have been into Real Estate and Life Insurance accounts as an appointment setter, lead generator, virtual assistant, and a recruiter. I was also in journalism way back in college, then, pursued writing script for plays and films. One of the best stories I have made, was included in the country's biggest independent film festival this year, Cinemalaya. The best quality that I have is that I can absorb knowledge in a short period of time, and that, I can work under pressure. I have good work ethics; I do not go late nor absent. If it is an emergency, I will look for ways in order for me to be able to catch up on my shift on time, or to notify my supervisor.
