As a Customer Service Representative, I handle incoming calls for inquiries and respond to their requests and questions. I give proper resolution to their complaints and oversee their billing and payments. On the other hand, with the background as a Virtual Assistant, my role is to ensure that I provide the necessary information that my client needs. Data entry and I do email prospecting to find prospective Customers and manage my client’s CRM. I also manage my client’s spreadsheet and google sheet as well as arranging the client’s files. I used to be an Online English Teacher as well.
