With my current expertise as a back office support ( Corporate Accounts Coordinator ) at Interpace Corporation for five years now, I often do multi-tasking and accomplished all tasks within the day. Our company is one of the leading dealers of all computer parts, accessories,softwares, different models of laptops where I am already familiarize with some computer componets and softwares-from the leading brand to the least brand. I do billing statements and do follow up calls on matured accounts where I can encounter some irate clients, but then I am still able to handle them. Then schedule it for collection on the said date as promised by our clients .Process purchase orders from our valued customers. Review their orders one by one, availability and compatibility. Some of our cients were into urgency, so I often process their requests immediately and accurately. Issue sales invoices and delivery receipts for each transactions of clients per day then schedule it deliveries the next day. Some of our clients are from outside Cebu City, that needs to be processed through shipments, that is also one of my work. Book and schedule for shipments. Monitoring and replenishing petty cash vouchers is also one of my tasks that needs to be monitored everyday and replenish it at least once a week. Also,answering phone calls and inquiries. At some point, my Manager has additional tasks given to me, it is either schedule another itinerary for the drivers or submit some document files to our suppliers and customers that needs to be done promptly, not just to impress my Boss but to fulfill my task immediately for me to perform other tasks and accomplish as well within the day. If our cashier is not around, I am the one who will take over her works for the day. Transact all cash and cheques received for the day and do some adjustments if needed. For newly hired cashiers, I am also the one who will conduct a training for them and make them familiarized with their span of work. Give them a step by step training for cashiering and overview with the system that we are using for the company. Base from my work experience in the present, I do believe that I have what it takes to be one of your Freelancer /Admin Support. I may not have any experience yet in freelancing, but learning new things is very much welcome to me. Looking forward to hear from you anytime soon.
