ACCOUNTING ●Maintains and updates subsidiary ledgers; ●Downloading/printing & segregates of daily transaction reports; ●Prepares monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/year end reports for submission to Head Office; ●Prepares month end entries; ●All clearing float and unposted items will be performed immediately. ●Prepares reimbursement expenses/allowances of officers; ●Maintains and updates subsidiary ledgers for the expense accounts and filling of its receipts; ●Performs the final callback of previous day’s transactions; ●Properly files all posting media documents; ●Handles the callback of General Ledger tickets against the GL Posting, Trial Balance; ●Handles the same day callback of all other bank’s check deposits and bills payment; ●Properly files all GL tickets, filling tickets, and posting tickets; ●Properly files the teller’s Totals Report, Journal Report, and other reports used in the final callback procedure; ●Properly files all the Dimension reports; ●Performs other duties which are related to clearing/accounting functions as may be assigned from time to time; ●In the absences of Loan Assistant or Branch Operation Head (BOH), I perform some of their functions as needed arises.
CLEARING ●Receive pouch containing inward clearing checks from PCHC’s authorized courier; ●Processes inward clearing of checks and returned checks; ●Verifies all check deposits from teller’s validation; ●ATM reconciliation; ●Segregates all outgoing checks and process them for clearing transactions; ●Prepares necessary entries relative to clearing transactions.
LOAN ASSISTANT ●In the absence of Branch Loan Assistant, I perform some of the functions as needed arises such as; ●Performs loans maturities daily; ●Prepares all documents needed for new release loan application; ●Prepares tickets for the loan related transactions; ●Posting of Tickets.
