I've been in the customer service industry for four years. In this field, I had gained and experienced a lot. Good communication and active listening skills are the keys to provide good quality customer service. It involves listening, speaking, observing, and empathizing. Active listening helps you identify and solve problems that you might encounter. A team player who understands that their team's success is their success too. In my previous role as an Admin assistant, I have proven to be efficient and reliable. I perform various admin tasks, provide service and assistance to other departments, provide customer service, and many more. I have numerous responsibilities and duties which I believe will serve me well in this job position.
