Hello everyone! Good day! You can call me Louise. I was born on the fifth of January in the year of 1996. My background and experiences have taught me a lot, not only being flexible in changes but also learning and doing self-study for me to gain more skills. I have been working in a call center industry for almost five years assisting UK, Australia, and international clients providing different kinds of services. I have a home-based experience as well for a year and holding a position of Appointment Setter for a Real Estate Industry, Telemarketer, Cold Calling and a Virtual Assistant. Currently, I own an Online Shop in the Philippines. I use Shopee and Facebook Marketplace for my marketing strategy. For Customer Support business and Admin Tasks, this would be perfect for the two of us, because I can use my skills here of having Strong Phone Verbal/Email Communication ability, and providing extra mile to every work and being self-driven. This is very similar to what I do as a businesswoman. I've learned those skills on my own because of my willingness. I also have excellent time management skills to deliver ahead of deadlines and someone who is dedicated and self-motivated that will go the extra step to solve any problems or issues that may arise. I am an extremely organized individual, with a great ability to multitask. For tools and adapting into it, there's no problem with this since we have internet and YouTube. Being resourceful and able to think solutions for yourself is also what I've gained from being a Freelancer for a year now. I also have Great Organizational skills, how I do this is - At the start of my shift I always want everything to be organized, in line and I make sure to see the important tasks at the top of my priority list. In that way, I have a lot of time to plan out on how I should do it and I follow strict time-frame whenever completing tasks in that way I don't cram towards the end of the day.
