I worked in a BPO company for three years as Technical Support Representative for a tripe play service cable, phone and internet. While working full time I was also student taking up a business course. Later on after earning my degree I joined Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. a leading independent oil company here in the Philippines. I was assigned in Customer Operations Unit as specialist for retail and commercial accounts for fuels and lubes operations. We process PO from the customers using SAP, answers general inquiries related to the product and services through call and email. We help customers track their orders by checking the approval status and loading status. We also provide ETA and current locations of lorries until it's fully delivered. We are using CRM to document all our transactions. On tap of that is we help customers who are in need of documents for their records we generate DR and Invoices using SAP. We do a lot of coordination with the sales team and account for proper escalations.
