Duties and Responsibilities 1. Process Rental, Parking & Utilities Billing 2. Monitor all expenses from time to time 3. Handle All Supplies such as Office Supplies, Repair & Maintenance Supplies, Cleaning Supplies and other supplies needed by the company 4. Monitor the Aircon and Schedule the cleaning and repair once defective 5. Manage incoming and outgoing documents 6. receive emails and route to designated division 7. Create Company Vehicle Certification 8. do other admin tasks
