I have been in the customer service industry for 13 years. My customer service experience has honed my skills in complaint resolutions, phone/email etiquette and to meet as well as exceed customer expectations. I excel in handling customer inquiries, policy changes and resolving conflicts. And, I enjoy getting to know customers and assessing how best to serve their needs.
I have worked for a US based online travel agency where I started off as a customer service agent tasked to answer incoming calls for reservation queries, flight/hotel/car/attraction bookings, changes/cancellations, flight interruptions (weather/aircraft issues) and complaints. Then, I move up to our Resolutions and Retention desk where I assist on supervisor escalations and agent error resolution.
I started doing home-based job last 2014 where I started as a part-time chat and email support for a swimwear company. Here, I assist with product inquiries (sizing/product recommendation), returns/replacement, deliveries and refunds. Then, I worked for a consultation company as a home-based travel concierge and email registration where I schedule/plan their seminars and track their seminar travel expenses. I also did data entry for programmer where I'm tasked to convert online product catalogs to excel files. I also worked for an e-commerce store as email support where I assist with product inquiries, returns, damage good replacements, complaints and refunds.
Currently, I am doing data-entry, email support and account management for a demo solution company.
