Hello, I am Mabeth. I've been in the BPO industry for 17 years as a phone support and email support agent. I just graduated from intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology about Social Media Management and that contributed to the knowledge that I have now.
I do have experience as a community growth manager where I did organic engagement and community outreach for a US nail brand. I search for potential leads for brand awareness so I am sure I can use this in my future task.
Currently, I create curated content and simple graphics for a non-profit organization for retired military and uniformed personnel on their Facebook page.
