I am working as a Customer Service Executive recently and actually looking for a part time job to increase my income. At the same time I want to expand my learning and it will be a new challenge for me to have this kind of job though the task that I am doing for my client has the same description as to what I am applying now. Working as a Customer Service Executive role is taking calls, chat and answering the emails concerning customer's various inquiries.
