My role as a Quality Analyst is Evaluating and ensuring the quality of the call of the agent, If they meet the standard criteria of the company.QA Analyst is expert when it comes to pinpointing the errors and defect to make sure that everything is align. Once issues have been identified, Quality Analyst is responsible for reporting findings to development team.
